Skimmed sheep milk powder

CBM has developed a skimmed sheep milk powder. For certain applications the use of sheep milk powder with a lower fat content may be required.

Skimmed sheep milk powder is manufactured by spray-drying the skimmed sheep milk that remains subsequent to the separation of the fat from the whole sheep milk.

Low fat sheep milk powder is suitable for use in a wide variety of foods such as, for example, dairy drinks and desserts, cheese, ice-cream, nutritional supplements and tablets.
