Goat milk as a raw material

The goat milk products of CBM are made from fresh Dutch goat milk, delivered by own suppliers. These suppliers are a member of Holland Goat Milk B.V. which is, just like CBM, a part of HB Food Group B.V.. Currently approximately 40 professional goat farmers supply their goat milk to Holland Goat Milk. Annually about 20 million kg of goat milk is delivered and processed.

Holland Goat Milk is responsible for the milk flow within HB Food Group B.V.. Within HB Food Group the goat milk is spread over the different companies and processed into different kinds of goat milk products. Every company is responsible for their own target group. CBM is offering an assortment goat milk products, for instance goat milk powders, goat butter and goat milk cream for the B2B market.
